Shipping & Delivery
Every item is made to order especially for you. Your total delivery time is the production time (while we create your item) plus the transit time (while the carrier delivers it). Both are shown below in business days.
1. Production Time

3. Shipping Cost
United States: $7.99 flat rate per order. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
4. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are produced and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, EST), excluding public holidays.
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 5–7 days for the first tracking scan to appear in the carrier's system.
- Personalized items may need a little extra design time to get every detail right.
- Canvas, Posters and Metal Signs cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
