This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to purchases made through the Leana Parham Vibe website. Leana Parham Vibe is owned and operated by Leana Parham LLC.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Please read this information carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Locations

Leana Parham Vibe ships to most countries worldwide.

However, delivery to certain remote areas, islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may be limited depending on the shipping carrier and local logistics services.

2. Order Processing and Production

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be prepared for production.

Most of our physical products are produced after the order is placed in order to ensure product quality and accuracy.

Estimated production time:
3–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After an order has entered production or shipping, it may no longer be modified or canceled.

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

After production is completed, the order will be shipped to the destination address.

Estimated shipping time:
7–9 business days

Total estimated delivery time:
10–14 business days (including production and shipping).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances such as:

  • customs clearance procedures

  • international transportation delays

  • local courier delays

  • peak seasons or holidays

  • unforeseen logistics disruptions

Leana Parham Vibe cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will always do our best to ensure timely fulfillment.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • the destination country

  • shipping method

  • order weight and size

The final shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Customers can track their shipment through the shipping carrier’s official tracking system using the tracking number provided.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.

6. Shipping Issues

If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact our support team and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Common shipping issues include:

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Leana Parham Vibe cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
